Special Meter Reading Process

Special Meter Readings can be requested when customers move out of a property for the purpose of identifying the water charges related to the party moving out. An administration fee of $63 applies for this service and will be added to the customer's final bill. Typically, Lawyers or Notaries request special meter readings for conveyancing purposes. The Final bill is issued (emailed) to the email provided on the form for payment.

Please complete and submit this form to request a special meter reading. Requests must be submitted a minimum of 12 days prior to the special reading date or the City cannot guarantee the special reading date.
