Possible Canada Post Mail Disruption
Due to an ongoing labour dispute at Canada Post, mail delivery may be temporarily disrupted. As a result, there may be delays in receiving refund payments by cheque. If you prefer, you may pick up your cheque at City Hall or alternatively, we can process your refund via electronic funds transfer (EFT). We will contact you by phone to arrange this.
As per the plans terms and conditions, the City requires 10 days notice prior to the next withdrawal date to process change or cancellation requests.
