Possible Canada Post Mail Disruption
Due to an ongoing labour dispute at Canada Post, mail delivery may be temporarily disrupted. As a result, there may be delays in receiving refund payments by cheque. If you prefer, you may pick up your cheque at City Hall or alternatively, we can process your refund via electronic funds transfer (EFT). We will contact you by phone to arrange this.
- Please note that the City charges an administration fee of $25 for processing refunds. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Complete and submit this form, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- Cheques will be mailed to the mailing address entered below.
