Possible Canada Post Mail Disruption
Due to an ongoing labour dispute at Canada Post, mail delivery may be temporarily disrupted. This could result in delays in receiving your parking pass or decal. We will contact you by phone when your item is ready for pickup at City Hall.

The City will start selling 2026 Resident Parking Decals and Permits in the beginning of November 2025, once purchased you may start using them, if you do not need a decal or permit right away, it is advised that you wait until November to make your purchase.

Resident Parking Decals are available for sale to full time residents of the City of White Rock only.

Resident Parking Permits are available in permit parking areas in the City. If you are unsure if your address qualifies for permit parking, please contact us before filling out this form.

Decals and permits are available in November of each year for the following calendar year. Decals and permit fees are non-refundable.

The previous year's decals expire Dec 31st. After Dec 31st, until you receive your decal and affix it to your windshield, parking must be paid for to avoid ticketing.

Resident Parking Decal

$59.00 Each + GST. Resident parking decals are available for sale to full time residents of the City of White Rock. With the parking decal residents can park for up to four hours per day at any of the City of White Rock's pay parking areas, unless posted otherwise (Marine Drive, Centennial Arena, and the street parking around the Hospital). Decals are not valid in Resident Permit Parking areas.

Decals are tied to the licence plate of the vehicle. You will need a copy of your BC Driver's Licence and the ICBC vehicle insurance documents with your White Rock address on both documents. If your vehicle insurance does not have your White Rock address please have your address changed before requesting a decal. This can be done through any auto insurance agency. If your Drivers Licence does not have your White Rock address, we will accept for review a recent rental agreement, title transfer document, phone bill or utility bill with your White Rock address.

Resident Parking Permits

$16.00 Each for the first 2 permits and $35 each for the 3rd and 4th permit + GST. Resident parking permits allows for parking in designated Permit Parking Only areas on the block printed on the front of the permit and the next adjacent block. The permit can be used by residents or their visitors.

Temporary Parking Permits (One Day Event Passes)

Free. Passes can be requested for special occasions when more than 4 resident parking permits are needed. They are applicable only to the date written on the pass.
