Application Criteria

Applicants must not be employees of the City of White Rock.
Applicants who live in the City of White Rock will be considered first (unless otherwise noted in the terms of reference).
Applicants should be able to serve for the full term of the appointment, which is 3 years for the Board of Variance.

Time Commitment

Time requirements vary among the Committees. For this opportunity, meetings will typically take place once a month on a weekday, during afternoon/evening hours. Meetings will be held in-person at the White Rock Community Centre, in Council Chambers.

Remuneration

As these are volunteer positions successful candidates serve without remuneration.
