    Upon submission, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your entry. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

    Due to limited parade space, if your application is successful, you will be informed along with any necessary payment instructions.

    Once accepted, any changes to the original application must be approved by us. To secure full confirmation as a participant, entry fees (if applicable) and insurance must be received. Confirmed participants will receive additional information and instructions.

  • The Parade Entrant releases the City of White Rock, including its employees, contractors and volunteers against any liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses.  Including, without limitation, legal fees and costs arising from or in connection with participation in the Parade (or any part thereof) or any negligent act, error or omission of the City or its employees, volunteers, subcontractors or agents.

    I acknowledge and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Torchlight Parade. Additionally, I commit to ensuring that all participants in my event entry also adhere to these terms.
